I am sorry you are having trouble.
To change your hours log into your account and click the “Phone” tab at the top of the page. From the drop down menu choose “Hours of Operation”. From there you can set a schedule or simply click the Open/ Close buttons at the top. Be sure to make sure your time zone is correct and hit the “Save Changes” button at the bottom otherwise changes will not take affect.
